Executive Pastor

The Bridge Church is looking for a full-time Executive Pastor to help lead the church and provide the volunteer staff with the overall strong leadership it needs to move forward as we develop. You will be expected to think creatively about ministry so that our systems and structures provide a solid foundation for the ministry impact we want to achieve. As a growing church in a fast growing area, we want to take full advantage of our changing landscape which will require course corrections as our city continues to develop. Flexibility and a willingness to think outside the box is necessary for the role. Salary is $57,000 to $67,000 depending on experience. Essential Job Requirements:

  • Strong public speaking and presentation skills to effectively communicate with congregants and lead services.

  • Proven leadership abilities to oversee and guide various church ministries and staff members.

  • Excellent communication and writing skills to convey messages clearly and effectively.

  • Proficiency in event planning to organize and execute church events and programs.
  • Strong crisis management skills to handle unexpected  situations and emergencies effectively.

Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for the oversight of the day-to-day operations of the church. You must be able to work well in a collaborative environment with an “all hands on deck” mentality. You will be expected to help motivate and equip the staff of the church to pursue excellence and consistency when it comes to ministry. You must be able to teach and preach when called upon and oversee the staff when the Senior Pastor is unavailable. Staff experience in a large church is preferred.

Communications Director

The Bridge Church is looking for a Communications Coordinator (30 hrs./week) to oversee in-house content creation, and social media management for the church. You will be expected to be a self-starter who thinks creatively about content to present ourselves to both our church and community with excellence by developing brand awareness, generating inbound traffic, and encouraging participation in ministry events. This role works closely with church staff to support their respective ministries. The Communications Director maintains the organization’s content across all digital platforms, keeping it consistent, while ensuring that all platforms are up-to-date and relevant. This individual must apply creative, analytical, and organizational skills to identify and evaluate content problems and develop solutions.
