Media Director

The Bridge Church is looking for a full-time Media Director to manage all aspects of the media, audio/video, and IT needs of the church and staff. The Media Director position includes direct collaboration with the staff and ministry leaders. This includes overseeing all media and IT related content as tasked by the Executive Pastor. 

Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities:

Oversee all media, A/V, and IT of the church; oversee Sunday and Wednesday live streams; ensure all live streams are of professional quality; oversee and give input to audio mixes; direct camera changes and production notes; run cameras, soundboard, and ProPresenter as needed; take personal responsibility for all service's media production; manage all media volunteers and their schedules; recruit and train new and current media volunteers; buy and/or replace equipment as necessary; attend all staff and planning meetings; assist in creating video content; attend all Sunday and Wednesday services; attend all worship practices; other duties related to media/IT as assigned by the Executive Pastor.


Significant experience serving in media related ministry; experience leading volunteers; expertise in A/V, live streaming, video pre & post production; experience in audio & video editing; ability to work in high pressure situations; superior knowledge of Windows, Microsoft Office, Google Calendar, Planning Center, ProPresenter, video editing software, and other A/V equipment.
